IoTech Solutions scored another major validation in May 2026 when its ARIVAAN MediGuard platform won the Digital Health category at the AWS–Elitery CendekiAwan Malaysia programme, held at Asia Pacific University, marking a significant milestone not only for the company but for the broader Malaysian tech ecosystem, as the competition was part of the 2026 expansion of CendekiAwan Malaysia—run by AWS and Elitery in partnership with APU—where 2,500 students completed a three-month generative-AI development programme, and for the first time, finalist teams progressed from prototyping on AWS PartyRock to building production-ready applications on Amazon Bedrock and Kiro, the very same enterprise-grade stack that powers the ARIVAAN MediGuard clinical-AI engine, with MediGuard emerging as the top entry in its category by delivering a generative-AI biometric screening tool built to help rural clinics flag non-communicable disease risk, thereby reinforcing the platform's real-world relevance and technical credibility
The win placed MediGuard alongside other category winners—GovTech & Social Impact, Smart Education, Financial Inclusion & SME Empowerment, and Sustainable Environment & Climate—demonstrating the breadth of innovation emerging from the programme, and for IoTech Solutions, this recognition was particularly meaningful because it validated that building a winning healthcare application directly on Amazon Bedrock and Kiro not only proves the production-readiness of the stack behind ARIVAAN MediGuard but also strengthens the talent pipeline feeding the company's commercial platforms, as the programme trained and upskilled over 15,000 students across its broader reach, creating a pool of skilled developers familiar with the very tools IoTech relies on; this AWS win, coming just weeks before the Cyberview Living Lab Accelerator announcement, further cemented IoTech Solutions' position as a rising deeptech force, demonstrating that its platforms are not only award-winning on the global invention stage but also technically robust enough to compete and win in enterprise-grade cloud-AI development competitions, all while advancing the company's core mission of making AI-driven, non-contact health screening accessible to underserved communities across Malaysia and beyond.
