Blockchain explained by IBM

Blockchain has been popularised in cryptocurrency system like bitcoin. This technology is being redefined and the features are extracted to potentially solve data security and reliability

problems from various industries. In this talk, the Blockchain for Business, use cases and challenges are presented that include permissioned blockchain with identification versus permissionless blockchain and anonymous blockchain for cryptocurrencies, differences between blockchain technology used in cryptocurrency systems and business enterprises, Food traceability as a real life example by IBM solution. In the end of the session, students posed constructive enquiries about the Blockchain technology.
